Motheo TVET College is slowly but surely paving its way to the top, the College has recently launched two major projects. Former Deputy Minister of Small Business Development, Mrs Nomathemba November officially launched the Rapid Youth Incubator Centre at Motheo TVET College, Bloemfontein, Free State. The Rapid Incubator is an initiative of the Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) in partnership with the Department of Higher Education and Training, Department of Small Business Development and Department of Trade and Industry. Meanwhile MEC for Education in Free State Mr Tate Makgoe recently launched Motheo TVET College National Artisan Academy. The intention behind the establishment of an Artisan Academy is one of fast-tracking the development and provision of artisanship training in line with the National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS) III. The NSDS III targets the production of 30 000 qualified artisans annually by 2030.
